Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
• Position Title: Storekeeper
• Working Location: Seletar
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,500 per month
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials and goods.
• Issue materials, tools, and consumables based on production needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.
• Conduct stock checks and follow up on inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and housekeeping of the store area.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests for approval when replenishment is needed.
• Prepare materials for delivery or collection.
• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices and company safety procedures.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum NITEC, GCE 'N'/'O' Level, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory operations is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to handle stock and lift materials when required.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Forklift license will be an added advantage.
