Job Description

Closio Catalyst is hiring a Marketing & Customer Engagement Trainee to support customer engagement, marketing campaigns, events, and sales activities. The role provides practical training in customer communication, campaign execution, and marketing operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand their needs.

• Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.

• Support marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.

• Assist with customer acquisition and sales activities.

• Collect customer feedback and share relevant market insights with the team.

• Work with team members to meet campaign objectives.

• Represent client brands professionally when engaging with customers.

• Attend company training and coaching sessions.
