Assistant Vice President

We are looking for motivated talents to lead our team in developing cutting-edge coherent optics transceiver. This role requires a strong understanding of coherent product roadmap and technology.

The responsibilities include:

1.Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement coherent strategic roadmap. Insight to hyperscale customer requirements and technology trends.

2.Team Development and Leadership：Building and leading coherent team including electrical /firmware/test/mechanical design team and optics team.Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Coherent's product management to marketing teams and sales to business development，Facilitate deep technical engagement drive innovation and design wins.

4.Product development management, project milestones and lifetime management.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

Master

in Optical Engineering.

2. Industry Experience: Strong understanding of coherent product roadmap and coherent product R&D, >15years Experience leading in coherent optics/transceiver development.

3.Technical background, Skilled coherent optics design, hardware, firmware etc.

4. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

5. Ability to travel as required/possible to business development and build relationships with the larger international development teams
