Start-Up Executive

Job Summary

The Transition Team is responsible for supporting the smooth takeover and handover of condominium/property management accounts. The role involves coordinating with outgoing and incoming Managing Agents, MCSTs, site teams, vendors and internal departments to ensure all operational, administrative, financial and documentation matters are properly handed over and completed within the required timeline.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate handover and takeover of property management accounts.

• Liaise with MCSTs, outgoing Managing Agents, site teams and vendors during the transition.

• Coordinate the transfer of documents, records, assets, contracts and other relevant information.

• Conduct site inspections and follow up on outstanding matters.

• Maintain transition checklists and trackers to ensure timely completion.

• Support and brief the incoming site team to ensure a smooth transition.

• Assist with any other transition-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in property management / Managing Agent / MCST industry preferred.

• Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.

• Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Willing to travel to different sites when required.
