Sales Solutions Specialist-Senior

Job Description

• Engage customers to thoroughly assess their transportation, logistics, and supply chain requirements.

• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging FedEx capabilities, while exploring complementary internal and external options to deliver the best customer outcomes.

• Lead solution planning and implementation activities, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, operational feasibility, business goals, and on-tome project launch.

• Identify and coordinate the budget, technology, and internal/external resources required to deliver effective, scale-able, and profitable solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expertise in transportation, logistics, and supply chain optimization.

• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to create compelling customer proposals, presentation and business cases that demonstrate solution value and ROI.

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and key milestones to achieve customer and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Consulting, Engineering, or Solution Development.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge in the following areas:

• Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace, or other industry verticals

• Freight Forwarding

Data Analytics and AI-enabled solutions

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions & regions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel as required.
