Job Summary

Lead financial and client portfolio management to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and business growth at AEHPL. Collaborate across teams, oversee financial reporting, and develop the Finance team to ensure robust governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts to maintain and grow business relationships
• Prepare and present sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders to secure business
• Build and sustain positive business relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction
• Identify and resolve client and operational issues promptly to maintain service quality
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing data and providing actionable insights and recommendations to management
• Oversee preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls, financial governance, and risk management practices to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to tax and statutory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives that support business growth
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
