Junior Merchandiser (Fashion Retail) (Bangkok)

The Employer

A leading Asian retail group with a strong presence across Southeast Asia, operating franchise businesses for top tier international brands across fashion apparel, footwear and food.

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities

* Support seasonal merchandise planning, assortment selection and buy quantities based on sales trends and customer demand.

* Monitor sales, stock, sell-through, margin and weeks of cover, identifying risks and opportunities.

* Support OTB/WSSI planning, sales forecasting and inventory management.

* Manage allocation and replenishment across stores and e-commerce to maintain appropriate stock availability.

* Analyze weekly trading performance and recommend replenishment, stock transfers, markdowns and promotional actions.

* Support pricing, markdown and ageing-stock management to improve sell-through and inventory productivity.

* Coordinate with retail operations, visual merchandising, marketing, logistics and other teams on product launches and promotions.

* Prepare merchandise reports and use data to support commercial decisions.

Requirements

* 3–4 years of merchandising experience in fashion retail, ideally with a fast-fashion, value-fashion or international fashion brand.

* Good understanding of merchandise planning, allocation, replenishment, OTB/WSSI, sell-through and markdown management.

* Strong numerical and analytical skills with good commercial awareness.

* Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP, merchandising systems or BI tools is an advantage.

* Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

* Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising or a related field.

* Good command of English
