Executive Experience Coordinator

Job Summary

You will support management by managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, assisting with events and hosting, and handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and engaging team experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure timely coordination
• Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks to support efficient workflow
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external parties to facilitate smooth collaboration
• Plan and execute company events and activities to enhance team engagement
• Host or co-host events, programmes, and team activities 🎤 to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Welcome and engage guests and participants to foster positive interactions
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and simple Canva materials to support communication needs
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support team objectives
• Adapt quickly between administrative coordination and public speaking roles to meet dynamic demands

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to efficiently produce materials and manage tasks
• Experience in events, hosting, hospitality, customer service, or PA/EA roles to contribute relevant skills and insights
