Student Care Teacher

We are looking for a responsible, caring, and committed Student Care Teacher to join our team. If you enjoy working with primary school children and creating a positive and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and planning of the student care centre
• Handle administrative matters involving students and parents, including addressing behavioural concerns
• Plan, organise, and supervise student activities such as field trips, group activities, and daily programmes
• Guide and support students with homework, spelling, revision, and other schoolwork
• Teach Primary 1 to Primary 5 academic subjects when required
• Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for students
• Work closely and communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues
• Demonstrate strong attendance, punctuality, responsibility, and reliability in daily duties

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification
• Relevant certification or diploma in Education, Student Care, Childcare, or a child-related field is an advantage
• Experience in student care, childcare, education, or a related field is preferred
• Familiar with the Singapore primary school syllabus
• Patient, responsible, caring, and comfortable working with children
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications
