FOOD SERVICES STORE MANAGER

We are looking for a Food Services Store Manager who is responsible for the daily operations of a restaurant, cafe, deli, or foodservice establishment. They balance frontline customer service with back-end business management to ensure profitability, high-quality food execution, and strict compliance with health standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store workflows, order taking, front-of-house operations, and cashiering.
• Establish shift assignments, manage personnel schedules, and assign specific duties to ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Hire, train, onboard, coach, and discipline staff members.
• Monitor inventory levels, order food, beverages, and consumables, and inspect incoming supplier deliveries for quality.
• Enforce strict cold chain protocols, food handlingsafety regulations, and local health standards.
• Manage the store's Profit and Loss (P&L), track daily sales data, process payroll records, and control operational costs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, restaurant management software
• Ability to work varied schedules, including long shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capabilities required to spend long shifts standing, execute hands-on kitchen or counter tasks.
