Senior Rhythmic Gymnastic Coach

Core Coaching & Gymnast Development

• Methodology Implementation: Apply the academy’s proprietary rhythmic gymnastics training systems (warm-ups, technique, apparatus mastery, and conditioning) for athletes of all skill levels.

• Choreography: Design and refine competitive routines that highlight individual strengths while ensuring strict adherence to SG Gymnastics Directives and the FIG Code of Points.

• Competition Readiness: Prepare athletes mentally and physically for local, national, and international events. Serve as a coach and/or judge during competitions as needed.

• Athlete Well-Being: Enforce safety protocols and injury prevention strategies. Foster a positive, healthy training culture that prioritizes both physical and mental health.

• Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, progress reports, open classes, and constructive feedback regarding goals and expectations.

• Continuous Growth: Pursue ongoing professional development and complete all required coaching and judging courses mandated by the academy and SG Gymnastics.

Leadership & Program Management

• Team Leadership: Act as the primary lead for the RG coaching staff, cultivating a collaborative, professional, and highly motivated team environment.

• Program Design: Develop and oversee comprehensive seasonal and annual training programs, ensuring clear developmental pathways for gymnasts at all levels.

• Resource Management: Strategically plan training schedules, coach rotations, and facility allocations to optimize practice time.

• Coach Alignment: Organize and lead regular staff training, workshops, and technical reviews to ensure unified coaching methods and consistent standards across the academy.

• Performance Tracking: Work with junior and lead coaches to monitor gymnast progression, troubleshoot plateaus, and adjust training plans proactively.

• Academy Collaboration: Uphold high professional standards while working closely with internal departments to achieve the academy’s broader objectives.

• Operational Flexibility: Maintain a flexible schedule and be prepared to cover for colleagues during emergencies to ensure uninterrupted training.
