What you’ll be doing:

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and talent sourcing through to offer management and placement.
• Build, develop, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio and market presence.
• Source, engage, and attract top-tier talent through proactive networking, headhunting, and strategic search techniques.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, hiring trends, and recruitment best practices.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences while consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets.
• Develop deep expertise within your chosen specialist market and establish yourself as a go-to recruitment partner.

What we're looking for:

• Proven success within an agency recruitment environment.
• Experience recruiting within Technology, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, Corporate Functions, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial sectors is highly regarded.
• Valid Singapore CEI certification.
• A strong commercial mindset with a passion for business development, relationship building, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilience, drive, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly rewarding environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore's talent landscape and hiring market trends is advantageous.
