HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

• Manage work pass applications (work permit, S pass, employment pass), renewal,cancellation and related processes.

• Manage Time Management System, register new staff, Rectifying and reconciling time in and time out reports.

• Responsible for month-end payroll processing, calculations, and payout including resignation / termination cases.

• Generating payroll reports to Finance.

• Prepare and submit IRAS (IR21, IR8A, 8B & 8C & others) reports for all staff.

• Prepare monthly payroll costing report to Finance.

• Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, training and work injury case matters.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.

• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

• Experience handling Work Pass matters.

• Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with construction workforce administration, including workers' onboarding, training records, andsite pass arrangements, is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Info-Tech.

• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and handle confidential information.
