Architect/Architectural Associate

Job Description

• Collaborate with Project Directors on all areas of the architectural consultancy process including design, preparation of presentation materials, design documentation, project management and project administration.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee progress of on-site works and attend to site matters.
• Ensure design quality and authority compliance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture/Architectural Studies.
• Registered Architect with Board of Architects Singapore preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in architectural consultancy. Have experience in building projects for healthcare/medical industry.
• Conversant with local building codes and regulations.
• Proficient in Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop.
