*URGENT* Senior Speech Therapist - $8K++ #HXY

Job Description:

• Assess patients’ conditions for appropriate and effective treatment plan and implementation.
• Administer therapeutic interventions aimed at reducing impairment or functional limitations and optimising recovery process.
• Manage and sustain a satisfactory personal caseload of patients.
• Facilitate cross-referral to other rehabilitation disciplines when appropriate, in collaboration with the referring physician.
• Deliver education to patients and caregivers.
• Initiate discharge planning and propose appropriate discharge therapy programmes based on patients’ conditions.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of all treatments with clarity and precision based on the standards.
• Lead quality initiatives within the department.

Requirements:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Full AHPC registration
