Sales Support Assistant (West)

• Help the sales team create precise quotes, proposals, and sales documents to aid in acquiring new clients.
• To keep customers interested and boost sales, follow up on their questions and sales opportunities.
• Work with clients to verify order information and quickly address any problems.
• To guaranty precise sales follow-up and data integrity, keep and update customer records.
• Accurately and quickly process customer orders to satisfy their needs.
• Work together with the logistics and operations teams to guaranty prompt order fulfillment and delivery.
• To control expectations, keep an eye on order status and notify clients and sales coordinators on a regular basis.
• Create sales follow-up reports to monitor performance and aid in decision-making.
• To facilitate compliance and easy retrieval, keep sales-related filing systems and documentation organized.

Qualifications:

• Skilled in ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently handle order processing and sales tasks
• Excellent proficiency with shipping software and IT tools to facilitate sales and logistics coordination
• The capacity to work accurately and fulfilll goals and deadlines in a hectic setting
• Proficient in English to effectively communicate with both internal teams and foreign clients
• Six months to a year of experience working with marine clients to comprehend industry-specific requirements and client expectations
• More language proficiency to improve communication with a variety of foreign clients
