Educational Consultant

Job Description & Requirements

1. To achieve sales target by generating leads and sales closure.
2. Attend to enrolment enquiries and follow-up on leads.
3. Conduct pre-course counselling for parents.
4. Meet monthly enrolment targets and conversion KPIs.
5. Support marketing campaigns and open house.
6. Arrange diagnostic assessment and student orientation.
7. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing, admissions, or business development.
• Experience in education industry / PEI/ International School is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales closing skills and consultative selling approach.
• Able to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable handling parents and student consultations.
• Familiar with CRM tools and performance reporting.
• Proactive, results-driven, and independent.
