UAT Tester (Banking / up to $5.5k)

This role supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Regional Corporate Account Services projects, helping drive the digitization and standardization of processes, policies, and systems to enhance operational efficiency, client servicing, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the UAT Testing team to ensure timely execution of UAT testing for assigned projects, from test case creation to test execution during the UAT phase.

• Collaborate with business analysts and technical specialists during the requirements gathering phase to review and validate project requirements.

• Assist in planning test schedules and write detailed test scenarios and test cases for assigned projects.

• Perform UAT testing for system enhancements and updates to regional systems.

• Identify, log, and prioritize defects to ensure timely resolution.

• Manage the test environment setup and coordinate issue tracking and resolution with both users and technical teams.

• Contribute to the development of user training materials and assist in onboarding users to new system functionalities.

Required Experience

• Preferred min 1-2 years’ working experience in project teams.

• Good understanding of banking process and project management tools.

• Independent, meticulous worker with ability to slice and dice problem, structure his/her work, be creative and think out-of-the-box.

• Excellent technical knowledge in MS Office Suite with the ability to conceptualize ideas / processes into professional MS PowerPoint slides.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills (Verbal and written).

• Team player who can work well with project managers, developers, users and fellow testers.

• Candidate who has Corporate Banking knowledge is a plus.
