FUNDRAISING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (2-YR CONTRACT) - #HGAD

Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.45pm

Location: Novena

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the placement, collection, maintenance, and replacement of donation boxes across various locations.
• Plan and manage collection routes and schedules to ensure the timely collection and placement of donation boxes.
• Develop and maintain a monthly schedule for donation box collection and placement activities.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines when handling and transporting donation boxes in public areas.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with merchants and donors, gather feedback, and represent the organisation in a professional and positive manner.
• Provide support and assistance for fundraising events when required
• Be prepared to work outside of regular office hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, when required.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Job Requirements

• Class 3 driving license (manual) is mandatory.
• Minimum GCE "O" Level and above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
