Location: Raffles Place
Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break
Salary: $3500 - $5500
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment for Group Channels & Digitalisation role, partnering Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet business needs.
- Manages sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for Branch Digital Executive
- Advises stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection.
- Ensures compliance with recruitment governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Delivers a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs.
- Assist in any other work and projects as assigned
