• Job Description
• Assist Project Manager on daily administration work.
• Administrative support to general worker issues such as work passes, accommodation, transport, attendance record, etc.
• Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mails, documents reports, drawings.
• Keep track and compile monthly administration reports for various project departments
• Ensure that all purchases are properly made and coordinated within the organization
• Interface with suppliers and sub-contractors and meet the specified requirement
• Evaluate, select and monitor the supplier and sub-contractors’ performance
• Assess the supplier and sub-contractors’ performance
• Keep all purchasing records such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers’
• Quotations, approved supplier’s lists, evaluation records etc
• Match requisitions and verify price against invoices, data entries of all purchases
• Provide purchase information
• Alert management of purchases of excessive amount
• Alert management of avoidable purchases
• Handle projects as assigned by the Management

Requirements

• At least 1 Year(s) of HDB working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
