Lab Chemical Analyst - Tuas

Typically:

• Operates as skilled guardian of analytical techniques applied within workgroup;
• Initializes the implementation of new developments to further improve the laboratory support;
• Performs complex analytical projects (including project proposals) in an effective way;
• Challenges project proposals to make sure that deliverables are fit for purpose for operation;
• Realizes ongoing improvements (efficiency and quality) of methods routinely applied;
• Makes sure that the non-routine work to support operational units is fit for purpose;
• Follows analytical developments inside and outside Business in area of expertise;
• Provides technical training/coaching to staff.
