The jobdescription comprises but is not limited to the following duties andresponsibilities:
- Conductdaily checks on the ground to ensure that the common areas are well maintained.
- Conductdaily check on the other common property not maintained by a term contractor toensure their soundness and proper maintenance.
- Receiveand attend to complaints by residents and owners on common area only.
- Adviseand assist whenever possible, complaints beyond the Corporation’s purview (thisrefers to problems in individual units).
- Manageand supervise the Technician, the Administrative Assistant and the serviceproviders to ensure they perform to the standing orders set out.
- Atleast 2 years experience in handling residential, commercial, and industrial estates
