HR Executive (Payroll & HR Operations)

• Mon - Fri: 830am - 6pm
• Woodlands / Sembawang MRT

Our client is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, work pass administration and general HR operations, supporting both office staff and employees within the construction environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances and other payroll-related information.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
• Handle general HR administration, including employment documentation, staff records and HR correspondence.
• Assist with the application, renewal, cancellation and administration of S Pass and other work passes.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities and employees on work pass-related matters.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding and orientation activities.
• Assist with leave administration, employee queries and other day-to-day HR matters.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of confidential HR documents.
• Prepare HR reports and support other administrative duties when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to payroll processing.
• Experience handling S Pass / work pass applications and renewals will be an advantage.
• Experience in the construction, engineering or similar industry will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems (Info-Tech).
