Cashier cum Admin

Cashiering Duties

• Transaction Management: Handle daily cash, preparation, and packing for bank deposits

• Invoicing & Receipts: Issue accurate receipts, invoices, and necessary payment documentation to customers.
• Cash Reconciliation: Balance th cash register at the end of each day and perform bank deposits if required.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and report any cash shortages, overages, or technical payment system issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Coin Exchange: Arrange coin exchange with clients.

Administrative Duties

• Data Entry & Documentation: Record sales data, update internal database, and maintain accurate filling system.
• Office & Stock Inventory: Monitor and record warehouse stock inventory.
• Basic Bookkeeping: Assist the finance or management team with basic accounting entries and petty cash report
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor manager

Requirements

• No experience required as training will be provided
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer software, specifically Miscrosoft Office (Word, Excel)
• 5 days work (8.30a.m. - 5.30a.m.)
