Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Working Locations: Woodlands area

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for variation works and submissions.

• Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers.

• Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts.

• Perform measurements for quantities.

• Evaluation of price comparison.

• Monitoring of project variations.

• Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or equivalent.

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

• Relevant experience working with a main contractor is preferred, preferably in building, commercial, industrial or large-scale construction projects.

• Experience working on construction projects within the Asia region will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
