Admin Officer (1 year contract PID)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Motor and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance portfolios by managing daily quotation requests and conducting monthly renewal reviews in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assess, underwrite, and service risks in accordance with the Underwriting Guide, applicable Code of Practice, and internal compliance requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end monthly renewal review process, including detailed evaluation of each policy or account, ensuring all assigned renewals are completed within stipulated turnaround times and service standards.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned scheme partners, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders, while delivering a high standard of service and professionalism.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to declare No Claim Discount (NCD) and claims experience, including appropriate follow-up with relevant parties.
• Support product review initiatives and assist in the implementation of approved changes, including system enhancements, brochure updates, policy wording revisions, and rollout to business partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Department and/or Manager to support divisional objectives, including top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Diploma holder in any discipline or equivalent

EXPERIENCE & ANY SPECIFIC SKILLS SET REQUIRED

• Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant industry
