Overview of the Role
Embarks on a structured training program to develop into a future store leader, gaining exposure across all aspects of store operations including sales, merchandising, operations, and team management.

What You Will Do

• Deliver excellent customer service and support sales performance

• Analyze sales reports and support commercial decision-making

• Assist in product management, replenishment, and stockroom operations

• Support visual merchandising and store image standards

• Participate in team management, scheduling, and training activities

• Ensure compliance with store operations, safety, and company standards
