About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Pet Nutritionist committed to improving pets' health and well-being through proper nutrition. This role offers an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial individuals aspiring to build or lead a pet health and wellness business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional consultations for dogs and cats to assess and address their dietary needs.
• Recommend appropriate diets, treats, and supplements tailored to each pet’s health requirements.
• Develop customized nutrition plans targeting weight management, allergies, digestive health, and overall wellness.
• Educate pet owners on proper feeding practices and preventive healthcare to enhance pet well-being.
• Assist in selecting and managing premium pet nutrition products to ensure quality and suitability.
• Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and educational content to promote pet nutrition awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop future pet wellness programs and health-focused services.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or a related field.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certification in pet nutrition.
• Experience in pet nutrition, veterinary clinics, or the pet industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
