Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments and other beauty services to improve clients’ skin condition and appearance
• Assess clients’ skin conditions accurately to recommend effective and personalized treatment plans
• Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain detailed, accurate client records for continuity of care
• Provide clear skincare advice to educate clients and foster long-term relationships
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment to meet health and safety standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience performing beauty and facial treatments
• Skilled in facial techniques with strong knowledge of skincare principles
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Customer-oriented with a warm and professional personality
