About Us

Country City Investment Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based real estate management and investment company with an established portfolio of lifestyle and heritage projects across Singapore.

We are currently expanding our team to support the development and activation of a new large-scale lifestyle precinct — a multi-generational destination centred around F&B, wellness, family programming, sports, and community activations, with a targeted opening in early 2027.

About the Role

We are seeking an Events & Programming Executive to build and own the programming calendar for our upcoming lifestyle precinct from the ground up, with ongoing support across our portfolio of lifestyle and heritage properties.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who is equally comfortable conceiving programming ideas and executing them end-to-end on the ground. The successful candidate will be central to shaping the community identity and visitor experience of our new precinct from pre-opening through to post-launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the events and programming calendar for our upcoming lifestyle precinct (pre- and post-opening), with ongoing programming support across our broader portfolio and future projects
• Source, brief, and manage event vendors, performers, facilitators, and community partners
• Lead end-to-end execution of all precinct activations — including logistics, site setup, vendor coordination, and on-ground management
• Build and maintain relationships with community organisations, wellness brands, family-oriented groups, and pet communities aligned with our precinct vision
• Collaborate closely with the content and marketing team to ensure all events are documented and amplified across digital channels
• Track and report on event performance metrics — attendance, footfall contribution, tenant satisfaction, and budget performance
• Identify and develop sponsorship and co-branding partnership opportunities with external brands
• Apply learnings from our primary project to support events planning across future portfolio properties

Requirements

Essential:

• 3–5 years of experience in events management, lifestyle programming, F&B or retail activation, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events end-to-end, from concept through to on-ground delivery
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple activations simultaneously without compromising on quality or budget
• Genuine interest in community-building, lifestyle, wellness, or family-oriented programming
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with lifestyle precincts, hospitality groups, F&B clusters, or cultural institutions
• Established network of vendors, community partners, or wellness/lifestyle organisations in Singapore
• Experience developing sponsorship or brand partnership proposals
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is advantageous
