Customer Service Executive

1) Coordinate with Customers on the fulfillment of their Export/Import shipments.

2) Work Closely with Air and Ocean Carriers on securing the best rates for our Customers.

3) Issue Shipping and Customs Documentation Timely

*Working Location: Changi AirFreight Centre*

Requirements :

1. Possess a Diploma in Business, logistics or equivalent

2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in air/sea freight industry

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application

4. Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills

5. Good time management skills, prioritize tasks and able to work under tight schedule and pressure

6. Able to work independently with good problem solving skill

7. Mature personality and able to work in result oriented and collaborative environment

8. A team player and self-motivated individual

9. Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to provide exceptional service
