Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Take and process food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to our standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented outlet at all times.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Support food preparation and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
• Engage with customers to provide a memorable café experience.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
