Responsibilities:

1. Lead, motivate, and mentor outlet sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets for beauty and TCM wellness services and products.

2. Daily operations of outlet, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer experiences, and adherence to company SOPs.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to drive business growth.

4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

5. Manage costs, and budgets to optimize profitability.

6. Ensure compliance with health, safety,and regulatory requirements, especially related to beauty and TCM wellness practices.

7. Build strong relationships with VIP clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance the brand image and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in sales/operations management, preferably in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.

2. Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and TCM wellness concepts.

3. Proven leadership and team management skills.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

5. Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
