Drafter

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
• Coordinate design revisions and updates with the project and engineering teams
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior drafters when required
• Conduct site visits and measurements for drafting and drawing verification purposes
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in construction drafting or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software
• Good understanding of construction methods, engineering concepts, and technical drawings
• Able to read and interpret construction and design plans accurately
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or related discipline preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on building or infrastructure projects
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with Singapore construction standards is an advantage
