Responsibilities
- Handle quantity take-off, measurement, and cost estimation.
- Prepare tender documents, quotations, and cost comparison.
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and evaluate progress claims and payment certificates.
- Manage and evaluate Variation Orders (VO).
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget control.
- Review BQ, drawings, and contract documents.
- Assist with contract administration and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Perform other QS duties as assigned.
