Customer Service Executive

Customer Service Role

• Render paying delegate sales registrations, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Render DS guest registrations: process pre-orders & send confirmation email.
• Registrations for sponsor attendees, sponsor/speaker guests and media partners in Oracle system.
• Setting up of event codes and pricing grids in Oracle system.
• Assist with Finance with delegate payment follow ups.
• Send out full event venue details a week before event.
• Send out Roundtable pre-registration emails to attendees when needed.
• Send out final reminder 1-2 business days before event (if required by DS or Producer).
• Attend to all customer enquiries and maintain good customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Small and LSE Events support:

• Prepare event holding slides.
• Pre-event support: generate badge list, liaise with print vendor for on time delivery of badges and event materials.
• Onsite event support as required by the Ops team.
• Post-event support: cancelling of no-shows in the Oracle system, cleaning up and updating data of delegate registrations.
