Contracts Manager (Consultancy / Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Full-Scope Consulting: Collaborate with clients and internal experts to deliver complete quantity surveying services from initial feasibility to final tendering.
• End-to-End Financial Management: Oversee all project finances and contracts from the early pre-tender stage through to the final account closure.
• Cost Reporting Collaboration: Team up with Project Managers to create and update accurate monthly project costing reports.
• Budgeting and Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
• Core QS Operations: Handle daily measurement tasks including quantity take-offs, cost estimating, variations, and monthly claims preparation.
• Contract and Tender Administration: Review legal contracts, draft tender documents, and evaluate incoming bids to write final recommendation reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
• Well versed in various form of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC as well as other international form of contracts
• Experience in Consultancy Firm
