RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hiring, training, and managing staff, such as bartenders and waiters
• In-charge of all public relation matters of all outlets
• Promoting shop/hiring or encouraging others to promote shop
• Ensuring operations run smoothly
• Implement strategies for improved operation performance
• Managers may also be in charge of developing revenue opportunities for the company, such as recruiting talent or running promotions. Managers often work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The environment is usually loud and fast-paced.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or its equivalent
• Experienced in public relation for at least 2 years
• Have good knowledge of Thai Cuisine
• Well-versed in Thai language (to do job posting and/or promotions)
• Team Player
• Good Learning Attitude
• Citizen or PR preferred
