• Handle candidate care activities and perform database and recruitment administration tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree with 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related business field.
• Preferred experience in recruitment; a strong drive to succeed in sales is essential.
• Passion for identifying talent needs and assisting candidates in finding the right career path.
• Energetic and proactive personality with excellent communication skills.
