Project Engineer

Fresh graduates are welcome~! (Only Local & PR)

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providingpurpose, direction, and motivation
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifyingschedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including riskmitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope,schedule, and budget
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels andescalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• To attend site meetings with client and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessarywith regards to any site issues
• Tomake sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main-Contractor
• To prepare monthly Cashflow, Progress Claims, Payment Certificates, etc.
• To manage and review Sub-Contractor(s) and their monthly performance.
• To prepare Method of Statement as and when necessary, for specific works.
• To manage workers’ working time and do not work unnecessary overtime. Any overtimeworks must be first approved by the Managing Director before commencement.
• To report daily progress and weekly progress status to project director.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Project Director.
