Project Engineer

Leadership andManagement:

• Strongleadership qualities with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Ability to takeownership of projects, coordinate teams, and ensure project goals are met.
• Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers & teammembers.
• Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Site ProjectExperience:

• Willingness towork on-site and supervise the implementation of the project.
• Ability tohandle site-based challenges, ensuring quality control and safety compliance.
• Experience withmanaging construction or installation activities at the site.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency inAutoCAD for technical drawings and modifications.
• Basicunderstanding of electronics and/or mechanical systems (depending on the fieldof engineering).
• Ability toperform simple programming tasks (e.g., for control systems, automation).

EducationalQualification:

• Degree orDiploma or NITEC in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or CivilEngineering).
• Additionalcertifications in AutoCAD or related software are a plus.

Experience:

• 1-3 years ofexperience in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in asite-based engineering role is a plus, especially for projects in construction& manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin (Chinese) to the installers and subcontractors
