Job Summary

Support daily office operations by managing data entry, maintaining accurate records, organizing filing systems, and assisting with document preparation to ensure efficient administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain accurate records in internal databases, CRM, and spreadsheets to support data integrity
• Organize and digitize physical and digital filing systems for quick retrieval of critical documents
• Perform routine quality checks on documents to identify and correct data discrepancies
• Assist team members by preparing, formatting, scanning, and printing documents to facilitate workflow
• Complete general administrative tasks to support office operations efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• High school diploma or current enrollment in a college or university degree program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) to perform data and document tasks
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality control
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear information exchange
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
