About this job
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters
- Handle full recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and staff placement
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related matters for foreign workers
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
- Support performance appraisals, training, and employee development initiatives
- Work closely with management and project/site teams to identify and coordinate manpower requirements
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and provide HR-related support and advice to management
- Perform other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and work pass matters
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
