Key Responsibilities
- Take off quantities from M&E drawings for Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), irrigation, and Rainwater Harvesting (RWH) works.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and monitor claimed versus certified amounts.
- Issue RFQs, evaluate and compare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare, evaluate, and substantiate Variation Orders (VOs).
- Maintain project cost trackers, material reconciliation, and cost records.
- Support subcontractor award, back-charges, and final account settlement.
- Liaise with the Accounts team to verify DOs against invoices and support payment certification.
