FOOD SERVICES STORE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced food servicemanager to join our team. The food service manager’s responsibilities willinclude ensuring that all meals are properly portioned and presented andresolving customer complaints. You should also be able to expedite serviceduring busy periods by assisting in serving customers and processing payments.

Responsibilities:

· Recruiting,training, and managing food service employees.

· Schedulingemployee work hours to ensure that all shifts are adequately covered.

· Completingpayroll and maintaining employment records.

· Ensuringthat customers are served quality food in a timely manner.

· Regularlyinspecting all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safetyregulations.

· Takinginventory of food supplies and other consumables, ordering necessary suppliesas needed, and receiving deliveries.

· Accuratelytallying all cash and charge slips.

· Reviewingsales records to determine which menu items are most profitable.

· Arrangingcleaning and maintenance services including trash removal, pest control, deepcleaning, and equipment maintenance, as needed.

· Switchingoff all lights and enabling the alarm system at the close of business.

Qualifications:

· Working experience as Store Manager, or a related role.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Outstanding leadership and management skills.

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

· Attention to detail.
