Responsibilities

• Deliver professional facial skincare treatments to customers following brand standards
• Conduct detailed consultations to advise customers on skincare routines, product applications, and beauty techniques
• Respond to customer enquiries with care and patience to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area with all tools and supplies ready for use
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell beauty therapies and products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally to resolve issues and maintain customer trust

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess relevant locally recognized certifications in the beauty industry
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of proven work experience as a beauty therapist

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
