About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a digital systems project with the Ministry of Law (MinLaw). The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and the development team to gather and translate requirements, support Agile delivery, and ensure that system requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

The role will also involve supporting end users through documentation, training, and system adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise between MinLaw stakeholders, including LSRA and ACD, and the development team to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

  • Gather, analyse, document, and manage business and system requirements.

  • Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria within the product backlog.

  • Support product backlog grooming, refinement, and sprint planning sessions.

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and work closely with product and development teams.

  • Document business processes, workflows, functional requirements, and system requirements.

  • Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve requirement-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead, coordinate, and conduct training sessions for end users across LSRA and ACD.

  • Support users in understanding and adopting the SENTRA system effectively.

  • Prepare relevant documentation and materials to support system implementation and user adoption.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4–6 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.

  • Hands-on experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical/development teams.

  • Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Familiarity with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

  • Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.

  • Comfortable conducting presentations, workshops, and end-user training sessions.

Good to Have

  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management and documentation tools.

  • Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise system implementation projects.

  • Previous experience working on government or public-sector projects would be advantageous.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Business Analyst who is comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams. You should be able to translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements, work effectively in an Agile delivery environment, and confidently support end users during system implementation and adoption.
