Salon Supervisor (Hair Care)

Specific responsibilities include:

• Staff Management:Supervising salon staffs.
• Customer Service:Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management:Maintaining salon inventory, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels.
• Operational Management:Overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and managing equipment maintenance.
• Financial Management:Handling payments (All Customerpayment to go through you and the Manager only)
• Training and Development:Conducting training sessions for staff, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of staff information, customer details, sales transactions, and inventory.
• Problem Solving:Addressing and resolving conflicts among staff or between staff and clients.
• Staying Updated:Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques.
• Reporting: Direct reporting to our saloon manager

• Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and staff.
• Sales and Marketing: Proven ability to drive sales and promote salon services.

• Financial Management: Understanding of basic financial principles and ability to manage salon finances.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and new trends in the hair and beauty industry.

In the context of hair loss treatment, the manager may also be responsible for:

• Specialized Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of hair loss treatments and solutions, including TCM-based solutions.
• Client Consultation: Conducting consultations with clients to assess their hair loss concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Progress Tracking: Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
