About the Role
We are seeking a driven technology professional to join our Technology team. This role is responsible for delivering business-critical initiatives through hands-on execution, vendor engagement, and stakeholder management. You will gain broad exposure to High-Frequency Trading (HFT) systems, technology operations, project delivery, information security and compliance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Execute client technology onboarding and integration programs for institutional clients and partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery excellence.
Own the stability, resilience, and governance of external connectivity infrastructure supporting electronic trading and high-frequency trading (HFT) operations.
Drive enterprise data analytics and reporting initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic clients, providing expert guidance on onboarding, integration, operational performance, and service optimization.
Manage strategic technology vendor and partner relationships, ensuring service quality, contractual compliance, risk management, and continuous service improvement.
Champion operational excellence initiatives to improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and overall service delivery effectiveness.
Govern enterprise identity and access management processes, ensuring adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
Produce and maintain high-quality technical, operational, and management documentation to support governance, decision-making, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in application support, technology operations, or software development within financial services or capital markets.
Prior experience within the futures trading industry, including Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs), brokerages, exchanges, clearing firms, or related capital markets organizations, is considered a strong advantage.
Experience supporting electronic trading, order management, market connectivity, or post-trade systems is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the FIX Protocol, exchange connectivity, order routing workflows, and clearing processes.
Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Shell Script, or similar technologies to streamline operational processes and testing activities.
Working knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices and operational controls.
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and collaboration tools, including Agile, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and related platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities, with proven experience supporting institutional clients, technology partners, and vendors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
